I have been indulging in some online housekeeping - one of those neglected jobs that seems to swallow time and you wonder if it is worth it when your 'To Do' list is a mile long.  In amongst it all, I came across the login for my Posterous blog - on which I have never posted anything - shameful!

I orignally set it up as a means of disseminating information via a variety of sites  - Posterous is a superb tool for that, but then never got round to it.  I still see a need for that, in fact more than ever as time becomes more precious. Time to get my rear into gear as they say and get it sorted.  If Ihave got this right (fingers crossed) this should move across to a variety of place across the web.  I have an ever more complicated diagram of how these posts will work so that nothing should get duplicated.  There is little more irritating than a multitude of tweets all directing you to the same piece of information.  I'm all for building backlinks but not to the point of infuriating your readers.  One careless soul managed to send me the same post by  eleven different messages, all of which ended up on Twitter as well, suffice it say all were swiftly treated to a medicinal application of the unsubcribe button.

When the diagram is finished - and comprehensible - I'll post it as a route map.  I suspect there will be several iterations before it is right.  If I do multi post to anywhere, my apologies.  let me know and I'll tweak the map so we can all benefit.
